Conditions of Use

These terms govern your use of Arbogen. By accessing the platform, you agree to them.

1. Accounts and eligibility. You are responsible for your credentials and actions (see Account & Notifications).
2. Acceptable use. Do not disrupt the service, breach security, upload malware, or misuse personal data.
3. User content. You must have rights to upload and share data. You grant Arbogen a non-exclusive license to host and display your content within the service.
4. Attribution and licensing. Respect dataset licenses and cite sources when reusing data (see Licenses and Rights and DOI).
5. Third-party services. Arbogen may integrate external services (e.g. DOI agencies). Their terms apply in addition.
6. Availability. The platform is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis; downtime may occur.
7. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Arbogen is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes. Terms may be updated; material changes will be communicated. Continued use implies acceptance.
